Tim is an experienced commercial lawyer specialising in corporate advisory services, financial services, digital assets and emerging blockchain technologies.

Tim advises a wide range of corporate clients from start-ups and large-scale enterprises, investors, digital currency exchanges, funds, fintechs and token issuers. He is experienced with a variety of contractual and transactional work, regulatory advice, and corporate governance/management and structuring.  Tim leverages significant blockchain knowledge to achieve the best results for his clients operating within the digital assets and fintech spaces.

Tim is also an active member of the business law community in New South Wales and has served many years as a member on the policy committees of The Law Society of New South Wales, presently serving as the deputy chair of the Business Law Committee. In this capacity, Tim assists government bodies and industry regulators work towards sensible law reform, develop legal policy and legislation, and provide practical guidance to the legal profession on changes to the law.
