Stefan Hammerschmidt is an attorney-at-law with Polak & Partner. He studied law at the Johannes Kepler University where he graduated with a Mag.iur. and the Bachelor of Business Law 2012 and a J.D. in 2015. In 2019 he was admitted in Austria.

Before Stefan Hammerschmidt joined the team of Polak & Partner, he was an associate with Haslinger/Nagele & Partner (03/2015-08/2016) in Linz.

His main areas of practice comprise corporate law / mergers & acquisitions, foundation law, civil law as well as hospital law.
