Simon is an experienced litigator, acting in a wide range of corporate and commercial disputes in the Federal, Supreme, District and Local Courts and in Commonwealth and State Tribunals. He is also Head of Sydney Office.

He has expertise in commissions of enquiry and advises on the review of the administrative decisions of ASIC and APRA, particularly in respect of their prosecutorial and investigative powers.

Simon has a particular focus on corporate governance, directors' responsibilities and the criminal aspects of the Corporations Act.
