Sarah Lukowiak joined Jakoby Rechtsanwälte as an associate lawyer in 2021. Prior to that, she worked as a trainee lawyer at Jakoby Rechtsanwälte.

Ms Lukowiak studied at the University of Potsdam with a focus on public law and completed her legal traineeship with distinction at the beginning of 2021.

In addition to her focus on real estate, commercial and corporate law as well as inheritance law, she also works in the field of private and public construction law.

In real estate law, Ms Lukowiak mainly advises on the drafting and review of real estate purchase agreements in the area of real estate transaction law.

Her corporate law practice focuses on advising on and drafting share purchase agreements, company formations and capital measures, in particular capital increases including contribution agreements.

In civil construction law, her work often lies in the review of claims and their enforceability in court, if necessary. In public law, the focus of Ms Lukowiak’s work is on examining more complex issues in public building law in order to examine them for client-friendly solutions and, if necessary, to implement them in court.
