Rob is an experienced litigator with a strong background in dispute resolution involving banking and finance, property and leasing, contracts, insolvency, corporate law and unconscionable conduct within the Australian Consumer Law and at common law. Rob has a love for advocacy and is devoted to pursuing the rights of his clients whether that be in a court room or in a dispute resolution forum.

Working closely with partners, Rob is quickly developing a reputation for his tenacity in advancing his clients’ position and his ability to cut through the issues and legal principles.

Working with Louise Gehrig, Rob has also acted for a range of institutional, corporate and private clients whether they be plaintiffs or defendants. Rob also shares a keen interest in elder law and on a pro bono basis, has assisted some of the most vulnerable members of our community to protect their assets and prevent elder abuse.
