Nathalie Cerqueira specializes in labour and employment law, both with respect to collective and individual matters, in an advisory capacity as well as in litigation, including criminal law matters.

She graduated from the University of Paris X (Dual degree in law with a concentration in Spanish law, Master in Private Business Law, DEA in Business Law).

Nathalie Cerqueira was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2002.

She is a member of EELA. Since 2014, she has been recognized by her peers as one of the “Best Lawyers in France” in Labor and Employment law.

Before joining Bersay in 2007, she worked at Gide Loyrette Nouel (2002-2006).
