Marlon graduated Bachelor of Laws in 2010 and was awarded the Diploma of Notary Public in 2011. He has graduated Doctor of Laws in November 2013 after submitting a thesis entitled “Actions against Sister-Ships under Maltese Admiralty Law”. During his studies he has also participated in a project commissioned by the Malta Financial Services Authority in which studies regarding the role of the Financial Services Tribunal and the Consumer Complaints Manager have been published.
Marlon started practicing within a local law firm during his third year of LL.B studies and joined DF Advocates as trainee in January 2013. During these years he has gained extensive experience in Civil, Commercial and Corporate Litigation, Maritime and Sports Law. He currently forms part of the Litigation Department of the firm.
