Extensive experience acting as counsel for businesses, especially in antitrust matters, both regarding economic concentration and market research and behavior.  Advisor in Corporate Law, specifically focused on corporate and contractual matters.  Participated in several M&A, serving both domestic and international clients.  Participated in debt restructuring, serving both debtors and arrangers. Serves as external counsel to YPF and other group companies in corporate, regulatory and antitrust matters, including complex corporate conflicts.
