As a member of the Litigation Department, Mr. Trivigno has represented diverse clients in general commercial disputes, including claims for breach of contract, unjust enrichment, quantum meruit, trademark infringement, civil RICO violations and commercial mortgage foreclosures. Mr. Trivigno has also represented defendants in criminal cases and before administrative panels. Mr. Trivigno has litigated cases before state and federal courts in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania, the International Chamber of Commerce and FINRA.

Mr. Trivigno has also negotiated and drafted a wide-array of complex commercial agreements including license agreements, indentures, loan agreements, and third-party vendor agreements.

Mr. Trivigno is also a member of the Bankruptcy Practice Group. He has represented indenture trustees, defendants in adversary proceedings, including former investors with Bernard Madoff in “claw-back” actions, and investors holding claims against debtors arising from the issuance of residential mortgage backed securities.
