Lars Schmidt spe­cialises in of­fer­ing ad­vice on bank­ing and cap­i­tal mar­ket law as well as in­vest­ment law. This in­cludes gen­eral bank­ing is­sues and mat­ters re­lat­ing to credit law and bank­ing su­per­vi­sory law. An im­por­tant part of Lars Schmidt’s work is the rep­re­sen­ta­tion of credit in­sti­tu­tions and in­sti­tu­tional in­vestors in lit­i­ga­tion re­lat­ing to bank­ing and cap­i­tal mar­kets law. He also of­fers medium-sized and in­ter­na­tion­ally ac­tive com­pa­nies com­pre­hen­sive ad­vice on cor­po­rate law, mainly in the con­text of re­struc­tur­ing pro­jects as well as cap­i­tal mea­sures and com­pany start-ups.
