Kylie has 20 years experience in commercial and property law.

She has worked with sea port operators, developers, trust managers, shopping centre owners, insolvency practitioners, insurers, financers, body corporates and private investors.

Kylie has a particular interest in long term leasing tenure arrangements (including acquisition, sale & subleasing arrangements) & the associated long term collateral relationships.

Her practice includes commercial, industrial and retail leasing, property development projects, distressed asset sales, complex community titles schemes, including staged developments, and management rights.

Kylie’s recent projects include acting for the purchaser of a $170 million bulky goods shopping centre and a $100 million agricultural holding.
