Kate's experience includes general commercial disputes, contract negotiations, litigation, QBCC disputes, employment disputes and mining disputes.

Kate is currently assisting Ted Williams in the Brisbane Piper Alderman Infrastructure & Projects team with contract and joint venture structures and negotiation, commercial risk assessment and management, industrial relations, workplace strategy, safety, crisis response and management, probity, compliance and dispute resolution, litigation, anti-corruption and fraud.
