Juan Carlos Rosas joined the firm in 1988 and became a Partner in 1992.

Mr. Rosas is the Head of the firm´s Corporate, Banking and Capital Markets Practice Groups. His practice focuses on corporations, securities regulation and banking and finance.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Rosas worked in Troutman Sanders LLP in Atlanta, Georgia, U.S.A.
