Jason Nardiello focuses his practice on intellectual property law and commercial litigation. He is widely recognized in the U.S. and overseas as a leading IP litigator, prosecutor, and counselor.

He has extensive experience in litigation and as lead counsel on high-stakes trademark and copyright cases involving well-known brand names and has represented famous brands in a variety of trademark matters such as Nikon, Subaru, and Epson.

In the field of commercial litigation, Jason has served as counsel for clients involving a breadth of different areas of law and industries. For example, he has represented the tobacco industry in suits involving settlement agreements between competitors; he has litigated civil RICO matters for large insurance companies in cases involving insurance fraud; and he has represented real estate investors in commercial litigation disputes.

Jason manages and enforces large trademark portfolios for clients to assist them in leveraging their commercial competitive advantages worldwide. He regularly practices trademark prosecution at the USPTO and opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.

Jason is a member of INTA and has previously served on the Harmonization of Trademark Law & Practice Committee as well as the Free Trade Areas Subcommittee. In this regard, he has experience developing and suggesting laws for adoption in regional free trade agreements to strengthen the protection of companies’ trademarks worldwide.

Jason handles all aspects of firearms law, from suing governments at all levels who may deprive clients of civil liberties to helping clients establish and obtain an FFL (federal firearms license) through LLCs or corporations.

Jason is a graduate of New York Law School, where he was named the recipient of the Excellence in Administration of Criminal Justice award. He received his undergraduate degree from The College of New Jersey where he studied Law & Justice. Jason is admitted to practice in Texas, New York, the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. District Court for the Northern, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado.
