JUDr. Jana Felixová graduated from Charles University´s Faculty of Law in 1984.

Between 1984 and 1987, she worked at the international department of Pragokoncert, a Prague-based live entertainment agency.

In 1991, she assisted with the opening of the Czech branch of the international law firm Mc Kenna & Co., where she worked until 1993 providing legal advice to various foreign companies coming to the Czech market.

In 1993, she joined Felix a spol. In her practice as an attorney, she works mainly for international clientele focusing on corporate and commercial law, as well as labor law, and social security and health insurance law in the context of tax laws and regulations.

As a partner in Felix a spol., she is responsible for the financial and HR agenda of the company, and represents it in the global Legalink network.

In addition, she serves on the Board of Directors of the European network Nomos Lawyers International.

Jana Felixová is a court-certified translator and interpreter from the English language.
