A founding partner of Felix a spol., JUDr. Ivan Roubal graduated from Charles University´s Faculty of Law in 1987.

He worked at the Regional Court in Prague and later for the Czech National Bank, where he helped establish and launch into operation the first commercial bank, Komerční banka. Using his comprehensive knowledge of banking law, he worked in the legal department of Komerční banka where he assisted in developing internal rules, know-how and legal documentation for day-to-day practice of newly introduced banking products in the conditions of market economy.

As an attorney with Felix a spol., he specializes in commercial and civil law with a particular focus on intellectual property and industrial design. An expert on contractual agenda, he is a member of the company´s team, which provides legal advice and comprehensive legal services to large banks on the Czech market.
