Irina Sokolova graduates Sofia University with a Master degree in law (2004). She is a member of the Sofia Bar Association since 2005.
In the beginning of her career Irina develops her expertise in commercial and contractual law. She specializes in civil litigation and arbitration. Further, she expends her knowledge and skills in company law, M&A and bankruptcy. During the years of her practice she also gain experience in the fields of administrative law and contentious matters, competition law, labor law and intellectual property law. In the period between 2016 and 2018 Irina works for an international law company, having the opportunity to advise clients on international business transactions and M&A’s.
