Frédéric Flatrès


Frédéric Flatrès specializes in business litigation, in white collar crime and commercial contracts.

He is also recognized for his expertise in real estate law (sale and purchase of buildings and commercial leases).

Frédéric Flatrès graduated from the University of Paris I (DEA in English and North American Business Law, DESS in International Trade Law).

He was admitted to the Paris Bar in 1999.

Before joining Bersay & Associés, in 2000, Frédéric Flatrès worked at Lefèvre, Pelletier & Associés law firm before joining the litigation department of the American firm Landwell (previously known as PriceWaterhouseCoopers).
