He is licensed to practice in Israel (admitted 1994), New York (admitted 2002) and England and Wales (admitted 2005 – non-practising solicitor).

Graduate of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem (LL.B., 1991) and of the London School of Economics and Political Science (LL.M., 1992).
