Edmundo has focused his practice on real estate, commercial and corporate law, foreign investment, legal tech and mergers and acquisitions, particularly within the real estate, technology and industrial sectors and industries.

He has participated in several real estate operations, including the preparation of trust agreements, both for private investments and restricted zones, alongside with the corresponding ancillary documents. Likewise, he has participated in certain cross-borders operations of M&A, real estate developments and foreign investment, including implementing and devising the strategy of the operation of timeshare businesses in Mexico.
