Ed’s practice focuses on corporate, commercial, and real estate finance. It primarily involves negotiation and documentation of secured loans of various types for financial institutions and corporate clients. His practice includes loan restructures, workouts, syndicated loan transactions, asset-based finance, debt structuring, foreclosures, note sales, and general corporate matters such as mergers and acquisitions, and venture capital financing. Before practicing law, Ed served in the United States Navy and participated in Operation Desert Storm.
