Dustin focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions and various aspects of business formation, planning and financing. He was a member of the firm’s Summer Associate program in 2017.

While in law school, Dustin worked for the Boston College Community Enterprise Clinic, where he advised startup and nonprofit clients on business formation and intellectual property matters. He also interned for the Consumer Rights Unit of Greater Boston Legal Services, where he assisted low-income clients in mortgage refinancing and bankruptcy matters, and volunteered for the New Orleans City Attorney’s Office. Dustin co-chaired Lambda, Boston College Law School’s LGBTQ organization. Prior to law school, Dustin worked in fundraising for nonprofits and political campaigns.
