Debora Pavila


Debora Pāvila, M.Jur. advises clients on a wide range of national and EU law matters, specialising primarily in competition law, public procurement law and dispute resolution. Debora represents clients before administrative institutions such as the Latvian Competition Council and the Latvian Procurement Monitoring Office, as well as national and international courts.

Debora Pāvila is a recommended practitioner in Latvia by Chambers & Partners Europe and Legal 500. Debora is the member of the Council of Independent Experts of International and EU Law founded by the Minister of Foreign Affairs.

Debora is writing her PhD thesis on the interaction between competition law and public procurement law at the University of Nottingham. Debora frequently lectures on competition law, public procurement law, and EU business regulation issues.
