Christina has been mainly involved in international commercial arbitration and investment dispute settlement cases as well as civil and commercial litigation.

Before joining Moussas & Partners in November 2016, she was working in London on international law matters with main focus on Investor-State disputes under the World Bank (ICSID) and other Rules. Prior to that, she worked at the Secretariat of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) in London, being also involved in the day to day administration of LCIA arbitrations. Christina has also participated in the assessment of investments and quantification of damages in cases being heard under the ICC, LCIA, SCC or other rules and investment treaty (“BIT”) claims (ICSID and UNCITRAL).

She has been part of the teams which handled the firms’ recent arbitration cases, including EPC disputes and electricity and gas pricing disputes of industrial clients.

She is currently part of the team advising major vehicle manufacturers in relation to the diesel engines’ emission matter and monitors all aspects of this case as it unfolds in Greece (of civil, administrative and criminal nature), a landmark and demanding contentious case.
