Beth B. Moore

United States
Arnall Golden Gregory LLP

Beth is of counsel in the Corporate & Finance and Intellectual Property practices and co-chair of the Entertainment & Sports industry team.

Beth focuses her practice on counseling clients across the music and entertainment industries. She is a steadfast and trusted adviser, helping her clients through all aspects of business formation and partnership agreements to due diligence and contract negotiations. Combining her wealth of knowledge in entertainment law and fine-tuned listening skills, Beth is a formidable champion for artists and investors in music, film, television, literature, theater, gaming, and other creative arts industries. She is deeply experienced in managing intellectual property assets, domestic and international IP portfolios, and IP licenses, having represented clients ranging from emerging artists and filmmakers to a top-100 accounting firm and billion-dollar software company. Beth takes great pride in expanding a client’s understanding of their rights and opening up new revenue streams for them.

In 2018, Beth was called to public service and represented Georgia’s House District 95 through 2022. As the only Georgia legislator at the time who worked in entertainment law, Beth was instrumental in protecting and advancing the interests of the entertainment industry under the Gold Dome, earning her the “Friend of Film” award in 2019 from the Georgia Screen Entertainment Coalition. The merging of her legal experience with her political savviness serves as a tremendous resource for her clients seeking to leverage entertainment-related incentives.

Beth’s commitment to helping her community thrive has landed her other prestigious leadership positions, such as a board member of the Bridges Peachtree Corners, Inc. nonprofit and co-founder of Tunewell, a music licensing company.

Outside of her legal practice, Beth enjoys playing piano, attending concerts, hiking Stone Mountain, and biking Atlanta’s extensive trailway system. She is also an avid SCUBA diver, having explored the waters of the Cayman Islands, Belize, Puerto Vallarta, and Maui.
