Álvaro Ancona is a graduate of the Law Degree from the Universidad Panamericana Campus Guadalajara. He joined the Firm in 2019 as part of the Labor & Social Security team in our offices in the City of Guadalajara. He is currently part of the Tax & Foreign Trade team.
Prior to joining, Alvaro worked at Baker & McKenzie focusing his practice area in Corporate and Real Estate Law, where he worked in operations related to the tourism, chemical and technology sectors, mainly through the preparation of trust structures, contracts in general, incorporation of companies and legal diagnoses related to corporate compliance, among others.
