Hassans International Law Firm Limited is the largest law firm in Gibraltar with 43 partners, 50 additional fee-earners and 250 staff in total.

Our status and knowledge also means that we are regularly called upon to advise the Gibraltar Government on new legislation. The firm helped to develop local tax legislation and, in 2014, aided the delivery of a new Companies Act and Insolvency Act; an important step for Gibraltar’s businesses and business owners, marking Gibraltar out as a mature and modern marketplace.

More recently, Hassans were also deeply involved in helping to draft the guidance notes for Gibraltar’s ground-breaking DLT regulations, which came into force on January 1st, 2018.
