Firm Profile

FKA

FKA is a local company with global experience and in-depth knowledge of the local market.

FKA was established in February 2009, on the foundation of M. Furtek & Partners, a law firm with eight years’ presence on the local market.

Two name partners (head of corporate and tax partner) and two other partners (corporate and employment) joined the firm after having worked for a number of years for an international law firm from the „Magic Circle”.

FKA is composed of highly experienced lawyers, who support many leading companies and financial institutions, both domestic and foreign.

Our priority is to understand the business needs of our clients and to ensure the highest quality of comprehensive legal advice in all matters relating to commercial activity.

Our main practices are: corporate law, including M&A and private equity, competition and antitrust, employment law, dispute resolution and arbitration, tax, financial institutions and restructuring.

The effects of our work have often been noted and valued both in Poland and internationally. For many years, we have been recommended by independent analysts from Legal 500 EMEA, Chambers Global, Chambers Europe and Tax Directors Handbook (Tax Legal 500).
