Bell Nunnally Associate Reid Burley was appointed by Mayor Jeannette Tiffany of Trophy Club to serve a two-year term on the town’s Zoning Board of Adjustment. The Zoning Board of Adjustment serves as an appeal body for those seeking variances or special exemptions to zoning ordinances or to decisions made by an administrative official enforcing the ordinance. Trophy Club and its neighboring towns of Westlake and Southlake have seen significant growth in the recent past, including new corporate offices for Fidelity, Charles Schwab, and TD Ameritrade. Along with the increased corporate presence has come additional mixed-use, commercial, and residential development. The area is experiencing substantial growth and the Zoning Board Adjustment is heavily involved in much of that growth and the related zoning issues.
