Bell Nunnally, led by Partner Allison L. Elko, represented San Antonio-based Rick Sheldon Real Estate LLC in its sale of 50 acres to St. David’s HealthCare Hospital, which plans to build a 160,000-square-foot, full-service acute care hospital. In addition to the hospital, the development, located in one of Austin’s fastest-growing suburbs, could include a hotel and conference center, a variety of retail and office space and nearly 2,000 residential units.
