30 Nov 2022 Latam

Bell Nunnally Partner Jeffrey S. Lowenstein and Managing Partner Christopher B. Trowbridge have been named to the inaugural “Lawdragon 500 Leading Litigators in America” list.

Lowenstein regularly litigates complex business disputes and has substantial experience with internal business disputes amongst owners, directors, officers, employees and shareholders. He also routinely represents businesses in pursuing or defending claims involving breach of contract, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty and other commercial torts. Outside of the courtroom, Lowenstein plays a key role in counseling clients through existing and threatened litigation risks, in addition to internal investigations, risk assessment and avoidance, data secrecy and data security and employment issues.

Trowbridge is the Managing Partner of Bell Nunnally and the Vice Chairman of Legalink, a global law firm network representing 68 law firms around the world. Chris protects his clients’ interests in high-stakes legal matters in Texas, across the United States and internationally. His litigation and arbitration docket includes highly technical and complex disputes, with a special focus on “bet the company cases,” injunctive relief, fraud and business torts, covenants not to compete, intellectual property matters, including patent, copyright infringement and trade secret disputes, and securities litigation and broker-dealer disputes. Chris frequently appears before federal and state district and appellate courts and arbitration forums including Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), American Arbitration Association (AAA), JAMS and the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA).

Lawdragon, a legal media company and ranking service, notes that its “500 Leading Litigators” list is “dedicated those attorneys who excel representing principally corporations and other organizations in litigating claims involving Antitrust, Securities, Financial, M&A, Intellectual Property and Patents, Product Liability, Mass Tort, White Collar, Government Investigations and Energy disputes.” It describes those selected as “all-star litigators.”
