Bell Nunnally Partner Trey DeLoach Teaching Business Associations as an Adjunct Professor of Law at UNT Dallas College of Law

Bell Nunnally Commercial Finance Partner Trey DeLoach is teaching Business Associations this spring semester at University of North Texas Dallas College of Law as an Adjunct Professor of Law. This will be the third consecutive year that DeLoach has taught at the College of Law as a visiting or adjunct professor. In addition to Business Associations, DeLoach has also taught courses at UNT Dallas College of Law in Commercial Law, Commercial Finance, and Mergers & Acquisitions. 

Prior to joining Bell Nunnally in 2005, DeLoach was the Associate Dean for Student Affairs at SMU’s Dedman School of Law, where he taught courses in Unincorporated Business Associations and Legal Interviewing, Counseling and Negotiations. Prior to SMU, he was the Assistant Dean for Admissions and Student Affairs at Creighton University School of Law, where he taught Business Enterprises and Legal Interviewing, Counseling and Negotiations.
