Anne-Mieke joined Ekelmans & Meijer in December 2019. Anne-Mieke advises (international) enterprises and non-profit organisations in restructuring projects and corporate governance issues. She drafts shareholder agreements and commercial contracts and advises clients in mergers and acquisitions. Anne-Mieke litigates in shareholder disputes and in contractual matters. Further, Anne-Mieke advises clients on data protection law and the implementation of the GDPR.
