The latest edition focuses on layoffs and is available on-line at http://layoffs.questionnaire.legalink.ch/. The project “Layoffs: A Legalink Summary Of Laws Around The World” was coordinated by Doug Mishkin, from Patton Boggs, Washington D.C., and forty-four member firms of Legalink collaborated to assemble this information.
